Had very bad experience with this company. I was supposed to pick up the car at 11am , when I got there car was not ready and had a faulty wheel. I had to take it to garage by myself. No refund was made or even an apology from them. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I have been renting Mercedes since may I have been paying 271 a week, this company is terrible they are rude and don't maintain the car on time, one day my wife was in hospital in critical condition and I was suppose to take the car to garage for maintenance checks the next, I emailed the company letting them know that I am in all night and haven't had any sleep so I can't come in to the garage, I have kindly requested the appointment to be rescheduled, instead I receive an email with no sympathy, asking me to bring the car in, I emailed back and said I can't it is not safe for me to drive, the company then requested to pick it e car from home address, I didn't see the email to later around 8pm when I woke and walked to the car to see the car is missing, I then called 101 police they advised to call SHS the company who hired the car from, I called the same person called Steve, I asked my car is missing, he goes we tracked the car and took it without your consent, which I am sure this is breach. I am now taking legal action against SHS. Will keep posted if I win this case and I hope I do, and please think twice to rent a car from this company, they don't care about the customers st all, I rated 1 because the isn't an option for 0 they don't deserve 1 star
