Was sent the wrong size. I Paid delivery and returns cost expecting an exchange for the correct size. Didn't receive it. After a lot of calls and emails they said didn't have my size. Its still available online! Couldn't be bothered to even ask for refund of delivery and return costs. Awful to deal with.
Had to give Zap only two star. The clothing is nice but unfortunately staff very rude. Did not offer help even tough I asked for it and spoke very rudely whilst paying for my items.
