An extension of the NHS. Terrible service. Used to be good years ago. I keep giving them chance after chance to redeem themselves and it never happens. Terrible service for people paying private health care. I will be contacting the management. Strongly recommend finding somewhere else to go.
Was a day case patient here and although the booking system was great, the overall atmosphere/ambience of the hospital is very good, and everyone is very polite and nice, I was super let down by the overall experience of my procedure. Considering it's a private practice, the level of information I was given about the actual procedure I had and the subsequent treatment I received was really bad. I wish I could say differently, maybe I was just unlucky.
I came to the hospital as a day patient for the first time and I have nothing but good things to say, from the lady who showed me to my room (Amy) to the nurse who looked after me Ana Maria and all the staff that were involved in my stay.The room was clean and modern. Food options were great and varied. My surgery went very smooth and felt very looked after and would highly recommend this hospital.Thank you to all.
This was my first visit to Holly House. I had been dissatisfied with the service at my GP practice where fortunately I rarely need to go so decided on an alternative. From the moment I stepped into Holly House I felt warmth from the staff who were all helpful. I saw Dr Snook who listened to me and answered any questions I asked, he was truly amazing and it was a privilege to meet him. I would also give praise to the female who did a procedure and the doctor who did the ultrasound. The reception staff were very helpful I was not kept waiting and was offered a drink several times. If I need medical care in the future I shall definitely be contacting Holly House and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks again to you all. I can go on my holiday next week will be able to enjoy with a big weight taken off my mind.
Wow, what an amazing place, clean friendly high tech, professional, patient focused. Having been in many hospitals sadly I have never experienced such an amazing team a d the operation was so quick, pain free even when home. This hospital should be a bench mark for others. It is in a high league of its own Well done...
