Ashworth Group are what we are crying out for in todays business. Reliable, professional, personable but most importantly their quality is unparalleled. We used the guys for a deep clean of our restaurant kitchen. Their cleaners are clearly of the highest standard. Then owner Jay dropped in several times to keep us updated on the progress. At one point it seemed like the ladies would run out of time, so out of nowhere ashworth sent 3 more cleaners to ensure the job would be finished to their high standards. An absolute pleasure to deal with, the finish was absolutely fantastic. No cleaning company has ever left the kitchen as spotless. Well done ashworth!

We chose this company for end of tenancy cleaning as it was recommended by the agency and was not too expensive. However I utterly regret my decision, the cleaning team was late, lacking supplies and had a really rude and unprofessional attitude. They took all day to clean a 2 bedroom flat as they kept leaving the property. They broke the shower door and after leaving the property to call the manager had a totally different explanation for what happened somehow blaming me for it. The house was left cleaned to a sub standard level. I spoke with the manager who was more concerned about making up excuses than actually addressing the problem. This is the first negative review I ever wrote but this was a truly awful experience
I have used Ashworth group for over 9 years now for their inventory services and most recently cleaning. I am a property manager and for me the reliable service and consistently high standard of reports is key. As anyone in the industry knows how important both aspects are for a landlord. I have taken them with me through 3 different companies and would always recommend them highly. A family business who always puts their clients first! Keep up the good work!
