I am writing this review on behalf of my mum Maureen Syrett who really wanted to show her appreciation to Azzurra Shoes in Queens Road, Buckhurst Hill. Upon looking for new sandals mum purchased a pair from the shop and asked the lady about the size. She was told to go a size up. After wearing the sandals they became even bigger and expanded, so they no longer fitted. Mum took them back and the owner showed a great level of courtesy and professionalism. She was offered her money back with no quibbling, but actually exchanged them for a smaller size! Thank you for your service!! Maureen
