Terrible Service and Shipment!Ordered dance shoes, emailed multiple times. The responder in sales was very unhelpful. Provided poor information and was not answering my questions without me having to send multiple emails.If you are ordering from US, be aware - the shipping to US is not trackable. It does state on their website that shipping is not tracked to orders outside of UK, but it is not listed on the ordering page (its on a whole different page). This should be stated at the point of purchase! So, if you are ordering from this company and you are in US, and you want to know when your order will arrive - you have to pay 35 euro extra to track your order. Save your money and order from someone else!
A fantastic Aladdin's cave of beautiful dance shoes. It was a treat to be able to try on many gorgeous shoes that all fitted! I plumped for one pair and have ordered a second to be made to my wishes of width and heel height. I have never gone to a dance shoe shop like this before - all adult shoes, and all gorgeous! An absolute treat.
The staff was super patient and helpful. I have uncommonly small feet, but after 2 hours of trying probably all shoes they have in stock. I found one I love and fit perfectly.
