Food is decent enough, delivery time is pretty quick! Bit over price. 2.60 for large chips to me seems expensive.

We received our order after more than an hour, wondering now who ties their shoelaces for them!! The cod was cold, slimy and accompanied by soggy greasy lukewarm chips, followed up with broken-English excuses when complaining by phone. They replaced the cod and chips, that at least proved more palatable. Ever since taking on Just-East orders, the food quality and delivery service has suffered, affecting both your reputation and customer loyalty.
Be careful if you pay using a twenty. You might just get change from a tenner. Happened to me twice now. Food really isn't worth the hassle.
