Very good experience, I come here quite often and it never lets me down. They can alter the menu, I like to have a cheese less pizza and they dont mind changing the menu for me. Very great customer service, always check to see if everything is fine. Will definitely return.
Good food and venue, but rude staff at entrance - appeared confused by customers walking in and did not greet - set a poor tone for atmosphere as did not feel welcome.This has happened on a few occasions in the Buckhurst Hill Prezzo. More welcoming staff at other Prezzo sites.
Nice food. 10 of us all happy with choices. Restaurant was empty on a Saturday night which made it peaceful for us but seemed odd especially as I often can't get a table there on a Saturday evening. Service attentive but amateur, otherwise would be 4 stars from me. Have been before. Will go again.
It's Prezzo, so it'll never blow you away. But it was OK. Food was quick and good, attentive staff. I always feel it's overpriced for what it is. Never afraid to pay for a good meal. You get what you pay for. Nice atmosphere.
Amazing food - shocking service. As a waitress myself I know there are things that you should and shouldnt do. First of all, in ever restaurant Ive been in, they ask for mains and starters to be ordered at the same time so that they can keep track of place numbers on the table. But no. I wasnt ALLOWED to order them together. He had to take both orders separately. Also noticed him writing everything word by word, so it took a while. Secondly, my main arrived with no cutlery replacement. When I asked for a new fork after a fish starter he handed it to me by the prongs.... you should never touch the part of the fork that the customer is eating from.And thirdly, instead of telling us what deserts they had run out of, he took the order and said oh no we dont have three of those... leaving us all baffled. Compliments to the chef though, the food was lovely!
