During the cold weather, my external water pipe froze, and thus creating a leak . Found Tony nearby using Google and he was able to come out and fix the problem within the hour (faulty valve that wouldn't close) . He was very polite, friendly and very reasonably priced. He responded very quickly to my phone call even after 7pm. I would recommend him wholeheartedly. I inquired about the other reviews and it seems that one person didn't like the quote so gave him a bad review, and the other I am pretty sure if you were left without heating for 3 weeks with a sick child in bed you would be well within your rights to write to trading standards even after the event and if he took parts from your boiler that is theft and you didn't call the police? Beggars belief

Seriously, do NOT use them. Tony delivered the worst service l have ever received - wished l had reported him to trading standards. Never turned up after making appointments, he took away boiler parts which he'd forgotten he had, so l couldn't use another plumber - Took him ages to come back. We had no hot water or heating in the height of very cold weather for over 3 weeks and with a sick child in bed. He had the cheek to ask for more money once he'd finally finished. . I'd no extra money after Id paid him, so l only had a bottle of wine. He took ages to faff about when he did call, complete time waster Do NOT use them.
Had a diy disaster in the evening. Called Tony who came within 30mins. Fixed the leak in the wall. Amicable and professional. Will definitely use again.
If it could be a zero it would as thats what he delivered. Messed us around with his arrival time and turned up late when we finally agreed on a time. Turned up and quoted about 200for a job which would take him, in his opinion, a couple of hours. When I probed the price versus the time spent (equivalent to 800a day rate) he walked out of the house and told me to forget about it! Just like that. He walked out of the house and left us with a leaking radiator. This guy doesnt deserve any business with an attitude and prices like that!
