John replaced my old ideal heat only boiler with brand new Worcester combi. Only have good things to say about John and Clare .good all around service . if you want a hassle free plumbing service do not look else where.definetly will use them again. Thank you very much guys
Boiler packed up in the "mini beast from the east" on a Sunday. Phoned Claire at Academy and she arranged for John to come the next day.New boiler installed on Wednesday we've got heat and hot water!Very professional would recommend
These guys provide a fantastic service time and time again. I initially contacted Academy Heating after my boiler packed up and I was told by Worcester Bosch it could not be repaired. Instead of simply quoting for a new boiler Academy Heating managed to obtain the spare parts and fixed it - saving me many thousands of pounds. They have recently been back to install a Nest Thermostat and annually service my boiler. Yesterday on the coldest day of the year my mothers boiler packed up and they couldnt have been more helpful. They diagnosed the fault over the phone and sent a weblink with advice on a fix that worked. If the fix didnt work I was told to call back and they would get someone out despite being frantically busy.If you want helpful, reliable and honest service look no further than Academy Heating.
Academy fitted the boiler and did a good job. The follow-up service has been very good. One time they came to top up the water and check things (without charge) and just today, they sent through advice that enabled me to fix my own boiler in the middle of the cold snap. Great!
