Animals at home were pet setting for my two cats for 2 weeks. Unfortunately during this time a cat locked himself in a spare room, but they only looked for him 3 days later... He went without food, water or a litter tray for these 3 days. I hate the thought of my pet going hungry and thirsty for all that time - this was why we had paid 'professional' cat sitters. Also with no access to a litter tray, the cat heavily soiled all the bedding; most had to be replaced (they refused to contribute to the expense). I paid the catsitters to check that my cats were okay every day, not to allow one to be stuck in a room for 3 days. When I complained, they refused to apologise, and said that the cat looked fine. Seriously?? No food or water for 3 days? I feel immensely let down, and deeply regret trusting my pets with this company. I will never use them again, and suggest you don't.
