Absolutely terrible. Please do not send your animal here if you genuinely love them!
I wouldn't recommend to use these people at all. My poor cat was in the hospital under their care for 3 days and they couldn't spot that she developed pneumonia though they claimed she was constantly monitored. They charged the poor animal claiming that she was better. Unfortunately by the time we got to the proper vet clinic where she was correctly diagnosed it was too late.
I have been coming to Palmerston for close to 3 years, and have always had good experiences, until today. I expressed that I was unhappy and even asked to speak to a Vet, however, they didn't seem to concern to retain my business. They did want to lecture me on policies and procedures, and didn't really own up to their mistake. So I went home and booked an appointment with another local vet the same day. I won't be returning back to Palmerston.
Ive been coming for years but wont be returning. Awful - in 2 weeks Ive waited an hour (before I had to leave because I couldnt wait longer) and then 40 minutes. Receptionists and vets alike are dismissive, no apology, a shrug of the shoulders that the vet youre assigned to is running late (even if you then say you dont mind seeing the other one who isnt, others who came in 40 mins after you will be seen first). Far more expensive than any of the local competitors but seemingly dont understand that they are a service business because they dont provide one at all. The one silver lining is their nurses who have always been excellent.
Excellent Vets and service, shame we had to leave due to house move. Our dog will clearly miss the whole group! Thank you
